“I’ve rented from this company for about 4 yrs now. They are very professional and helpful. The whole process from viewing the home we currently rent, to filling out paperwork was a breeze. At anytime we have an issue (plumbing, a.c., etc), they use a ticketing system that allows me to reach out to their facilities dept at anytime. Depending on the severity of the issue, they are always swift to correct/fix). When it snowed/froze in Feb 21′ S.A and most of Texas lost power and were having plumbing issues(no hot water), once the roads were safe to drive on they sent a plumber to come fix the issue immediately, you just don’t find services like this at most places.”
