Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management company based in North Central San Antonio is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to take on the challenge of our front desk operations- Director of First Impressions. Our company is growing at a rapid pace, and we are currently seeking the right person to become the positive first impression in working with our clients. Candidate must have strong people skills being able to portray the most professional image possible to the public over the phone and in person. Standard follow up techniques with all issues is an absolute requirement.
Principal Tasks:

Monitor and answer phones from 9 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.

Deliver outstanding customer service to our residents and our homeowners.

Continuously monitor and respond to emails on a daily basis.

Take notes of all owner or tenant concerns – assist as needed — utilize technology.

Daily data entry into insurance software.
-
Work well in a team office environment.
-
Order and inventory office supplies as needed.
-
Scan and sort all incoming/outgoing mail.
-
Receive payments & Issue receipts.
-
Issue keys.
-
Arrange all company luncheons.

Back up to Leasing Coordinator based on business needs.
-
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A sample typing and writing test will be given to ensure candidate can keep up with the daily workflow.

High School Diploma – College Preferred.

Email and Internet Proficiency a MUST!
Qualifications and Experience:
-
1+ years of experience in customer service either in the Apartment Industry or Real Estate

Property Management Office to include references.

Computer skills with Outlook and Internet based applications.

Experience handling multiple phone lines and customers on a continued basis.

Compensation: $15 – $17 per hour based on experience paid weekly.
